Joseph Alexander Zacarias

I’m a visual artist working across photography, design, and creative direction, with an emphasis on highly stylized, conceptual imagery. Research is central to my creative process, drawing inspiration from fashion, art history, advertising, and visual culture. Working across analog and digital formats, my practice spans fine art, editorial, and commercial photography, with an emphasis on experimentation and visual storytelling. I hold two bachelor’s degrees from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, in Photography and Media Arts and Communication, with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations.
